This Privacy Policy explains what data the operator of the CSOUT application ("we", "us") collects when you use the CSOUT app and related services (the "Service"), how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. Terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Use.
| Data | What it is | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Device identifier | A random identifier generated on your device. It is not your advertising ID, phone number or hardware serial, and it cannot be traced back to you by itself. | It is your "account": it keys your balance, history and settings. |
| Wallet and activity | Coin balance, rewards claimed, ad-view events and timestamps, withdrawal requests and their status. | Operating the Service, paying out rewards, enforcing limits, preventing fraud. |
| Steam trade URL | The trade offer link you save, and the Steam account identifier derived from it. | Delivering the items you withdraw. Provided by you, removable by you. |
| Support messages | The messages you send in the in-app support chat. | Answering you, and handling appeals and disputes. |
| Technical data | App version, platform, request metadata (such as IP address in server logs), legal document versions you accepted. | Running and securing the Service, debugging, compliance. |
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location or payment details — the Service has no payments.
We do not use your data for profiling unrelated to the Service, and we do not sell it.
The Service shows advertising. Advertising is delivered by third-party partners who may process data about ad impressions and interactions (such as device information and IP address) under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We receive from partners only what is needed to confirm that a rewarded view happened. We do not share your CSOUT balance, trade URL or support messages with advertisers.
We never sell personal data.
We keep your data while you use the Service and afterwards for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above — in particular, withdrawal and adjustment records are kept for dispute resolution and fraud prevention. Server logs are rotated on a regular schedule. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data: transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls, and server-side validation of all balance-affecting operations. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; you use the Service at your own risk.
Our servers may be located in countries other than yours. Where data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected consistently with this Policy.
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child is using the Service, contact support and we will terminate the identity and delete its data.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Each revision has a version number shown at the top. For material changes we may require you to accept the new version in the app before continuing to use the Service. Continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Privacy questions and requests are handled through the in-app support chat or the contact form at csout.app/support — the official contact channels of the Service.
